These terms govern your use of the Pivni Pruvodce Prahou website, paid membership, member vouchers, and tour booking. By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to these terms.

What the service includes
Pivni Pruvodce Prahou is a digital service focused on Prague beer culture. It includes:
- Information about guided beer tours and the option to book them.
- A paid digital membership with member-only content and benefits.
- Member-only vouchers redeemable at participating Prague pubs.
- A directory of pubs, breweries, and partner venues with current deals.
Registration and account
You register by entering your email address and confirming a one-time magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Paid membership
Membership is sold as a recurring subscription. By starting a subscription you authorise recurring charges in line with the plan you select.
Current prices and plans are published on /membership.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account using the Stripe customer portal.
Member vouchers
Member vouchers let active members claim a deal at a participating pub. The following rules apply:
- Vouchers are available only to members whose subscription status is active or trialing.
- Each member may generate at most one voucher per ISO calendar week across all participating pubs.
- Each voucher expires 30 minutes after it is issued, regardless of whether it has been shown at the pub.
- A voucher is redeemed by showing the short code to staff at the participating pub. The pub confirms the redemption in our system.
- Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. They are intended for the member who generated them.
- Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable on their own.
The exact discount or benefit, opening hours, and stock are at the discretion of the participating pub. We do not guarantee availability of any specific deal at any specific time.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed afterwards.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for a digital service. By starting to use the membership (for example by generating a voucher) within this period you expressly consent to the service being performed before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is therefore lost in line with § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code.
Partner pubs
Participating pubs are independent businesses. They are responsible for the goods and services they provide to you. Our role is limited to operating the membership and voucher platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to abuse the voucher system, share your account, use automated tools against the service, or otherwise interfere with normal operation. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension of your account without refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, including liability for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, images, the brand name, and the source code, is protected by copyright and may not be used commercially without our written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the changes materially affect existing paid members, we will notify them by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
